Out of Network

We have partnered with Mentaya to help clients use their out-of-network benefits to save money on therapy. See the form below to see if you qualify for reimbursement for services.

Insurance

Rise Above Counseling Services of Tampa Bay, LLC accepts Cigna and Aetna. Insurance is run through Jackie’s Headway profile. Click on Headway to bill through Cigna or Aetna.

Rates

$125/55-minute session; $140 couples session lasting 55 minutes; $180 couples session lasting 90 minutes

Payment & Cancellation Policy

I accept cash and all major credit cards as forms of payment.  If you cannot attend a session, please cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the session.
